About The Artist

Angela lives in southeastern Wisconsin and has been creating handmade jewelry for over 9 years. What started with a simple beading class has evolved into a passion for a variety of jewelry making mediums. Angela feels a part of each piece she creates, and seeing others enjoy her work is like being able to send small bits of herself out into the world.

Angela is always experimenting and looking for new and interesting materials to play with. Her favorite mediums to work in are precious metal clay and fused glass. She often combines the two materials to create her most unusual pieces. Much of the inspiration for Angela's work comes from the beauty of nature. The color of a sunset, the waves of the ocean, or the serenity of a night sky often inspires new ideas. Trees, leaves and whimsical nature spirits are a common theme in her work and it is these pieces she enjoys creating most.

Angela exhibits her jewelry at juried art and craft shows across the country. In addition to shows, she teaches classes in both beading and precious metal clay. She is a certified instructor in art clay silver and her work is featured in several boutiques and galleries throughout Wisconsin, New Hampshire, and Illinois.
